Mr. Jackson's 17 years of legal experience and years serving as the public Guardian as Litem for incompetent adults makes him acutely aware of the need for personal and estate planning for all. He has practiced law in Asheville, NC since 1982 and served as President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Buncombe County Bar Association. He is a licensed attorney in the States of North Carolina and Georgia, as well as a member of the American Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association and the Georgia State Bar.

Along with his wife Susan, sons Sim and Ben, Mr. Jackson attends Covenant Community Methodist Church where he helps teach Sunday School. He also coaches Little League baseball and youth basketball.
